Recall Notice: Port-A-Post Adapter

What’s Affected
 

Product: Port-A-Post Adapter, Item #F2902

System: Used with the Cranky & Port-A-Post system (adapter only)
 

Not Involved: Cranky and Port-A-Post units themselves, and all roof access system components.
 

Potential Hazard
 

This adapter does not pose a fall hazard to a person, but if the weld fails under heavy load, it may cause the Port-A-Post and its load to fall—creating a risk of injury.
 

Immediate Guidance
 

Discontinue use immediately. Remove the F2902 adapter from service until a replacement is installed.

We are providing a free replacement adapter with improved top and bottom welds for enhanced strength and durability.

To Receive Your Replacement:

2. We will ship your replacement promptly

3. Return the old adapter in the box provided using the pre-paid return shipping label
    

Note: The original adapter must be returned for tracking per CPSC guidelines. If the product is unavailable, you must sign, notarize, and return a Lost/Destroyed form.
