We manufacture ladder receivers that stabilize extension ladders, roof hatch grab bars, and roof access solutions that prevent falling ladders, unsafe climbs, and other roof access falls and lifting injuries. Our products help keep workers, inspectors, contractors and maintenance personnel safe and OSHA-compliant.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, you can make payments securely through a link provided on your invoice. Payments must be made prior to shipping.

For those placing frequent orders, we offer the option to request an account. The approval process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the response time of your references.

Are LadderPort products just for commercial use?

Our products are normally installed on flat roof commercial buildings that require access with an extension ladder, through a roof hatch or when lifting items that weigh 300 lbs. or less.

What if my product is defective?

Accepted Answer

If you receive a defective product, you must notify LadderTech in writing immediately upon receipt. If no notification is received within 30 days, the warranty may be void. If LadderTech determines the product is defective, we will replace it with a like product of equal or greater value.
